I haven't (and won't) watch Celtic Women -- I assume you mean the Dougie Maclean song rather than the Woody Herman song? "If I should become a stranger, you know that it would make me more than sad. Caledonia's been everything I've ever had." versus "Caledonia, Caledonia, what makes your big head so hard?"

It's in Dougie's first songbook.

the ladies of cetic woman are each an accomplished musician in her own
right. we would all be so blessed (or lucky) to have that much talent.
with that said, the arrangements that they are told to perform can be
painful to watch/hear when i think of how at least one of them is pushing
to break free and show what's inside of her.

anyway...this might be what you were looking for:

Well, I saw Celtic Woman live last month. Hayley Westenra was divine. That whistle player of theirs wasn't bad either!

Funny thing is that I attended in order to finally catch Hayley live (she's never performed in Utah) but ended up using my binocs to study the whistle player all night. :D

Guess I need to go back and listen to the song again ... the chorus looks right but don't remember the words as written there.

Thanks for the replies

I just wanted to say that reading this thread was worth it just for the discovery of that great music collection.

Those OSS Unix guys put the Gee! in Geek. There were times I felt I needed Spock to explain a few things to me when poking around his site, but the tune resource is simply fantastic. I'm willing to forgive him his left brained leanings. :P

The words - apart from a few apparent gaps - are correct. I'm pretty sure this song has been discussed several times at the "Mudcat cafe" forum, you should have a look there.
"There's fast music and there's lively music. People don't always know the difference"
