- Tell us something.: Irish traditional instruments are so soothing in a way with a celtic tone at most of its instruments. I personally love to play concertina, tin whistles. In recent times, I am trying to learn wooden flutes. But without a celtic sound from whistles it is a bit of a different experience altogether.
