Also, at least for the time being, the title is KAZOO /WHISLE * TIN / SEE PHOTO

It's "Howdy Doody" as in "hello."

And, I gather from the description that it is a kazoo, though given the spelling it is a bit hard to figure out. I think that I'm sure it is not a seltzer bottle though...
