Glowing Gas (or Gasses)?
Although I must say, I rather liked "Sign Here" -- that one's pretty clever!

'So do I,' said Gandalf, 'and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.'

Don't know where this business is going to be situated, but using some local feature with "lights" could be appropriate. For example:
Harbor Lights
Northern Lights
Runway Lights
Or hey...
The Light House

Or, another thought...what's his astrological sign? He could call the business something like "Aquarius Lighting" and when people ask "why Aquarius?" he could say "it's my sign"
