Let's hear it for Denny!

Three cheers and an extra piece of pie for Denny and his astronomical posts! I’ve never been so enthralled by photos so much since I ran across his pictures.

Regards,

Steve Mack

Some are alienated by them, but I think they’re out of this world. Thanks, Denny. Your posts are a welcome breath of fresh vacuum.

I thought these posts were long-term fixtures
Like Walkman and iPod
But lo! I have been alienated
Though special food tastes odd!
As I was poring over pictures
Posted from APOD
I was being replicated
Slowly in a pod.

Indeed !

Let’s hear it for Denny + the APOD series !

The photos are breathtaking… the beauty of nature writ large!

But: where’s Caroluna ? I misss the graphic responses !

Caroluuuuuunaaa ???

Let’s hear it for Denny

It.

djm

No.

Last night when I let the dog out for the late-night pee, I walked around the yard and looked up at the sky. I noted the position of Jupiter, the phase of the moon, and the location of my favorite star group, the Summer Triangle. Before I started reading the APoD threads I wasn’t tuned in to these things. I’m really glad Denny posts that link every day (I don’t know if I’d remember to check it out if it weren’t right there at C & F).

I think it’s interesting that Denny’s day job involves shoveling sh!t but the rest of the time he’s contemplating the vast mysteries of the universe

I hope to get back to it soon!
Right now this little project, is, uh, eating up a lot of my time

I what? :astonished:

yes, many thanks for the great photos.
REally enjoy them.

aw, no…I was just glad I’d talked her out of takin’ off like a fiend, I was

Caroluna !

First, how nice to see you back !

Secundo, here’s a link you (and other graphic-art affeciaonados) may find interesting:
