been trying very hard to get some tunes down on 'tape' - so very hard to get anything worth listening to, just brings home all the flaws in the piping: too fast, too messy, very frustrating

if I can i'll post some in the next day or two so brace yourselves

it's only a single chanter - it's 2nd hand and was made in the uk - does this make any difference?

I have just played my first few tunes on the chanter in two years. i can't believe that I let it go so long. I'm finding the going hard on my fingers - the tight triplets are going to take some slow, careful practice, and the crans lack definition and precision, but I think I've got something to wor...
