I've heard stories, e.g., regarding Padraig McGovern's set, etc. that an E note can be added to a baritone regulator. Does anyone know if this is true? Also, is it possible to add B and C notes to a baritone regulator?

I wonder if Brian McNamara, Padraig McGovern & Cillain Vallely make their own reeds?
I know Mick O'Brian makes his own reeds. Watching video clips of these four pipers, playing live, I've noticed that their chanters/pipes are always very in tune.
