Re: Jazz whistle player
What is jazz really? There is structure involved, but at the heart of jazz is improvisation. You can't tell me that John Coltrane wasn't noodling on his live 25 minute version of "My Favorite Things". Yes Cormac was mixing different elements, Celtic, Jazz, etc. But to say "no jazz&quo...

Re: Bizarre Love Triangle (uke cover with low F whistle)
Right on folks. Thanks for watching. I've done a lot of low whistle and guitar stuff in the past. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out it worked fairly well with the ukulele. Who knew? Haha.

Bizarre Love Triangle (uke cover with low F whistle)
Hi folks. Check out my cover of Bizarre Love Triangle by New Order. I did a little improv on a Tony Dixon Low F. Low whistle solo comes in at about 1:31. I hope you dig it. Thanks for watching.

Thank you so much for your kind words Lost-in-North-Dakota. I listened to the Eva Cassidy version. Wow, it was awesome.

Re: Ain't No Sunshine (Uke cover w/ low whistle)
Thanks folks. Yeah I just did a quick improv on the whistle. Probably should have done a few more takes to get it smoother, but it is what it is. The Roland Kirk video was cool.

Re: 339 whistles ...
Nice work Jerry. I guess that's what happens when you make an awesome product and stand behind it. I have quite a few of your whistles and have given some away for others to enjoy too. The low A that I recently got from you is just great. That quiet whistle sounds interesting, I'll probably be needi...

I liked number 3 the best. Can't say exactly why, it
just sounded the most pleasing to my ears.

Re: ANNOUNCING: The Freeman Bluebird (available in D and Eb) ...
Got my Bluebird today. All I can say is wow and I love it.
I've owned all Jerry's D whistles except the mellow dog and
this one is my new favorite. Thank you Jerry, keep working
your magic.

I just sent Jerry a check for a Bluebird in D. The price is nice
and I love all of the other whistles I've gotten from Jerry.
Can't wait to try out this new creation.

Burke Low E "Sold"
This whistle is sold thanks for looking. I have a Burke Low E whistle for sale. It is in like new condition. I bought from Michael Burke in August 2010. It has the rotating bottom tonehole. I play at church and we rarely play in the key of E , so it doesn't get much play time. I am including a plas...
