The set is in slightly sharp of B ( 20 cents).

[Thread revival. - Mod] Now look what has become of this set. Hans-Jörg passed away last year and, having remembered my interest in it on a visit gave it to me. Great honour indeed. You have to take in account that Ennis played an early 19th century Coyne set, which in this period demanded another fingering than today, as shown in the contemporary Colclough and O'Farrel tutors. All these advices accord to my experiences as well. If bottom d is warbling, and you have a reed with a fairly stiff thumb d, you may also try to insert a piece of wire - two inches long - inside the throat of the chanter. Give it a snake - like shape and stick the snake inside the reed staple, but ...
