Mormon leaders have taught that Jesus’ incarnation was the result of a physical relationship between God the Father and Mary. They believe Jesus is a God, but that any human can also become a god. There's a video called Godmakers. Haven't watched that one yet though. http://www.cuttingedge.org/deta...

hmm I used regular whistles (Waltons etc) and they jumped octaves too easily, but then I used Overton soprano D and it seemed to work just fine. fun fun!

true...there's nothing like a good "real" ramen. I'll keep Tonteki Ramen-Ya in mind ;p Anyway, when I was in UK I did try cup ramens there...they didn't taste as good as those sold in Japan, but at least they were eat-able. And after dancing in a club I used to take a bite of Kebabs..... w...

By the way Unseen, is that your pipes on your avatar?

I like the sound, and wish it was bellows-blown, not mouth-blown (I have had three hernia surgeries and mouth-blown instruments, except for whistles, can be a lot problematic).

Lewis, in "Myth became Fact"; “Now as myth transcends thought, Incarnation transcends myth. The heart of Christianity is a myth which is also a fact . The old myth of the Dying God, without ceasing to be myth, comes down from the heaven of legend and imagination to the earth of history . I...

Daniel, I tried attaching a soprano D whistle to my practice set, but didn't have guts to venture out to adding drones. It was the only bag I had which I didn't want to sacrifice on my first try...maybe I could get some artificial materials, stick'em up and make a bag, then add a whistle and hopeful...

Naturally, I tweaked it to death. Tweaking a whistle to death....a scary thing but I've done it many times :( Anyway, welcome abard, forkman! :) Have you looked into the fipple? There might be some burrs, so in that case use a toothpick or something sharp and long (like a needle) to take them away....
