sorry to hear you dont like it. I did research on shaw whistles a while back and definitely didn't like what people had to say so I never got one. Than i am not surprised mine is like it is. I did hope to get some answeres from people who have one and if they say, thats normal or maybe an exception...

i have a question about Robin Williamson's "Penny Whistle Book"
I had a "look inside" at amazon and it seems to be mostly a tunes collection.
Does it also have instructions? Rols cuts etc ....?

Hi i learned years agao with the clarke book from Bill Ochs - it was good but i lost it. havent bought yet, just saw it some days ago and put it on a wishlist for later someday (even if the price IS realy very low, couldnt afford it now ;-))

just saw this thread and just saw some days ago that one of my favorite "music-dealer" has 2 new whistles in his shop
