Actually, if someone is in a artistic mood, then they could make a little "Worst WhOA Addict On The Chiffboard" certificate for the winner. And I was thinking of the winner as the person with the most whistles, period. Nothing too fancy. :)

I think that's going to depend on what you think is a good tune. A tune that one person thinks rocks on a "low" might sound horrible to your ears. Although there are probably some that most agree sounds good on a "low". Some airs, for example.*

This sounds like a great idea. Best wishes for it's success.

I especially enjoyed reading about the Golden Eagles in NY. Hopefully this program will make more moments like that happen around the world.
