Yes, the 'P' is for Pratten. All looks reasonable, and the slide seems to close fully. Embouchure looks different from mine, but I haven't seen his Pratten model, only other Rudalls. Is the flute fairly consistently flat throughout the 1st octave, and even the 2nd octave? Or is the 2nd octave sharp ...

Charles Mathieu, Paris, active 1890-early 20th century. Likely a metal flageolet. The mark is a lyre. Charles Ullmann took over the factory circa 1894.
