I made my tenor and baritone - drone reeds in 1992, the bass drone reed is made in '95, I think. I can't remember how they look like. They are made from natural drone cane. After all the yaers they play absolut stable. I'm very happy about. My regulator- and chanter reeds are not older than 2 years....

Yes I (try to) make the reeds by myself. Tom gave me the specifications and now I'm on the long journey to find the "golden reed".

I own an Aebi - C Chanter. Tom made it for me two years ago. It's a very nice instrument. I like the mellow sound and it's wonderful sounding hard E. The chanter plays very well in tune, also in the dry continental german wintertime.
