Oh, yeah: also a mod here, not a spammer. A matter of opinion, perhaps.

Och, dearie! Is that better, Denny? :-)

Actually, I think that's a pretty good translation of the request. A universal cry of optimism, masquerading as angst.

Remind me, Red ... Did we agree not to do tattoos here?

Hmm, good question. While Red's told many's the sordid tale of such irritation and woe visited upon other language enthusiast websites, I don't recall a specific policy for here; we've been blessedly able to dodge that sort of thing so far. But if this is the beginning of a new trend, I'll vote for a "NO DRIVE-BY TRANSLATIONS FOR TATTOOS OR BODHRÁN DECOR. NOPE. NUH-UH. DON'T EVEN ASK." policy, myself.

And by the way MTGuru, is it so difficult to say: I dont wanna help you! without insulting my request? You dont know anything about me and the reason why I want this tattoo so don't judge it (its a sign of hope for people like you). And its not my fault if translation requests are allowed on this forum ok, I was only asking for help damn it! Thank you! And never mind!!
