Oh yes! Stick is there! He's in the top left corner loitering with some of the taller swarthy individuals - (as he says - "away from the hoi-palloy"). Lately, he's become somewhat recluse and confines himself to his cabana in the rafters. I presume he's just resting from the whiplash he recieved last-week when one of the crew snapped his head off. He'll be back out baiting the paparazzi when the glue dries and he finaly decides which of his grotesquely guache neck scarves is suitably news-worthy.

Your "unknown" brass D whistle appears to me to be an old model Feadog.

Peter, that thing is awsome. It looks like a Shaw whistle snuck backstage with a concert Flute and was very naughty indeed. :)

It's an 1890s or thereabouts one in D six keys and lovely. While I have several whistles by the same maker this is the only six keyed whistle I have ever come across.

it isnt the best, but i have only been collecting for 9 months.

the top flutes are CB folk flute, then a Pakistan flute. the 2 bottom low whistles are Burke Viper, and Bleazey.

whistles from left to right:
2 sweetone
Walton
Feadog
Busman in Purpleheart
Thin Weasel in Cocobolo
O'Riordan D/C in Blackwood
Thorton in Ebony, marked #1 for wood tops
Humphrey Coppertop, marked #3, it was the first whistle he sold i think only 10 were ever made.
Copeland, an older model
Sweetheart whistle/fife
Clarke original
Generation set
whistle i tried to make myself

i have a lot of other flutes, but not Irish. i also have a practice set from Boisvert in Cocobolo. thanks for looking
