Every Tuesday
Ould Sod Pub - 3373 Adams Ave., San Diego

We generally kick things off there a little after 7 and play until 10:30 or later. There really is only room there for 6-7 players, so best to show up early if you want a seat in the main circle. I co-host this session with fiddler George Rubsamen. Intermediate to more experienced players.

Every Thursday
Thornton's Pub - 1221 Broadway El Cajon, CA 92021

About 20 miles east of downtown San Diego. Session starts at around 8:00 PM. The owner, Tom Dowd, buys all the musicians dinner, so if you want to join us for dinner, show up around 6:45 PM. Lots of room for lots of players. I co-host this session with flute player Elaine Thompson. Also, since its a restaurant, its OK for the under 21 crowd to join the session. Beginner to more experienced players.

Every Sunday
The Field restaurant/pub at 5th and Market in the downtown San Diego Gaslamp district

7-10 PM on Sunday nights, Jonathan Parker leads. A great high-level session. They also have a step dancing show at the pub from 5:30 - 7 PM.
