where's a fellow to get a Penny Whistle in the Big Apple?

I'm going to NYC next Tuesday and was wondering if there are any good shops/stores to look at tin/penny whistles???

No, I'm afraid that there really isn't, surprisingly. They sometimes turn up in the shops on 48th at 7th Ave., I found an ORiordan there a few years back, but there is nowhere to go look at a selection and mostly all you find is the odd sweetone or something.
