Micho's Trip To Scotland

Post by kenny »

Seeing as it's St. Patrick's day, I'm going to post some audio recordings on Youtube", starting with 3 clips from the concert Micho Russell played at in Forfar in 1985.
I need help with a few titles, if anyone recognises the tunes. Have a good St. Paddy's Day !

Nice job Kenny. The slide is Callaghan's, or at least that's what Breathnach calls it in CRE3. I have heard it called the Clare slide as well.
I know 'the highland' but the name won't come to me immediately. It may pop up yet.

Tell us something.: Musician for contradances in Baltimore MD. Main instrument is guitar, but currently playing a keyless polymer flute and a tweaked Freeman generation whistle. Interested in technique discussions and flutes for sale.
