Tell us something.: I can only hope that my proficiency with the whistle is steadily improving. A few of my whistles get a workout on an almost daily basis. And I'm almost certainly afflicted with WhOAD.

I've never seen those. The red-orange one looks okay, but the purple and yellow ones...not so much.

Those are cool!

They should make totally clear ones, then we could pretend to be Pete Fountain.

Charming in a way, but I don't fancy seeing spittle burbling with each note.

Speaking of seeing spittle burbling, I saw this set being played.

You could see the inside of the bag get foggy (it had a clear vinyl bag at that time) and see the "pure water" dripping off the end of the blowpipe and pooling in the bottom of the bag.

You need a Parks "Ghost whistle" then. Great whistle BTW -- in fact, one of the best plastic whistles I own.

I have the older model however, which was a different kind of plastic I think. If I am not mistaken, the new ones are made with some more "eco-friendly" type of plastic.

btw. you've just outed a few people as having Instagram accounts.

I don't use Instagram, to no account, and no "neon headed Generation" photos.

I've never had an Instagram account and can still see the photos fine. Maybe it's a browser thing?

Have never had a Facebook either, though. There's not much I can see on Instagram, but I can definitely see those whistles!

Odd that it doesn't seem to have a clear block.

I used to have a clear Bulgarian Kaval years ago, made from clear plastic tube stock. No block in a Kaval, so an entirely clear thing.
