FS: Bellows blown "A" Small pipes by Michel Dow SOLD

Another item in my fire sale...(sigh)...my Scottish small pipes from Michael Dow.
These are his bellows blown pipes in A made from "burl-eye" mesquite, a beautifully grained, dense hardwood that he's been using in
his bespoke small pipes for years.
Base & Tenor 1 octave above & below as in uilleann pipes with the baritone in D. Beautiful, steady drones w/ his custom composite reeds.
Tied into a MacHarg swan neck bag with his legendary bellows w/ 2 blowpipes and a sturdy aluminum case.
For decades a professional woodcarver, Mike's turnings are elegant and his detail work (e.g.-inside chamfer on drones
so hemp doesn't fray on the tuning pins. etc...) are beyond compare.

Thse pipes are magnificent in appearance and sound and in absolutely perfect condition as they have hardly been played since he made them.

Hi....just an update:
I have had a couple of offers on FeeBay. Reasonable enough ($2100) but after they're brutal with their final sale fees.
Plus they charge the buyer sales tax.
That said. I would much prefer to sell to a C&F'ler and since I sadly need to turn things over rather quickly, use $2100 as an asking price, ONO.
