From the website:

"Kenneth McNicholl Bagpipes P. O. Box 7894 Round Rock, TX 78683 USA"

Sounds like he's from your neck of the woods. Nice looking chanter on the website.

Is that the Enchanted Rock area? I think it is the only place in Texas where granitic rock (or any igneous rock for that matter) is exposed.

Not too many pipe pictures on his site, but what is there is pretty looking.

Kenneth had been living in Round Rock, Texas and was making pipes there, but relocated back to Scotland several years ago now.

Kenneth has been making pipes for many years now. I once had an early experimental Set of C drones from him, rock steady pipes and a pipemaker easy to deal with. Kenneth has a reputation for good quality, reasonably priced instruments - and is always willing to experiment. His 3D printed transparent chanters are lookers and sound mighty fine judging from the samples.
