Brompton's auctioneers - Rudall & Rose 5254

Post by Steampacket »

Rudall & Rose 5254 cracked patent head & barrel, silver keys, shortened left hand section - sold for £1300 + 20% buyers premium = £1560 = ($1938) (€1726). Anyone here bought the flute?

Tell us something.: I have a keen interest in wooden flutes (modern and antique), early music (Renaissance, Baroque), Romantic music and Irish Traditional Music of course! I also play the clarinet (my first instrument) and I've also started learning the cittern.
Location: Sherbrooke, Quebec

"The information for this lot has been removed at the request of the owner". Whoever bought it probably doesn't want to go public :-?
