I am a beginner interested in a new practice set of uilleann pipes, he seems a good fellow and is reasonable priced.
what is your opinions regarding his pipes?
what are you experienced players recommendations concerning uilleann pipe maker and the quality produced.
who makes the best and at a reasonable price.( coronavirus has hit my employment and pay hard this year.
