Nope. Dropbox will only take us to our own (signed in) accounts. At least in the free version, there is no image hosting or shareable link to your image (unless you individually add us to your folder). You probably need to download the image you want to post, and host it somewhere like IMGUR and provide or embed the link.

Success! You might want to use a smaller image, so it's not necessary to scroll sideways when viewing the forum thread. I often then provide a link to a larger image for those who want to view in greater detail.
