Left handed Ginsberg full set in C - seller says free posting in the description, two other chanters by Ginsberg are included in the sale (a reeded, keyless D, and an unreeded, keyless C).

One of my favourite sets of all time, that. I was quite disappointed to hear that the mounts were an aftermarket addition!

Yes, somebody went to town on that one. As a one off, it had a strange fascination. I wonder if, eventually, anyone got it going in a satisfactory way. At the time (twenty five years or so ago) it either had, supposedly, a lovely tone or it was in tune, but never both at the same time. During the ten years or so I often saw it, it wasn't in playing condition.

Didn't realise it was a leftie set converted to rightie.
Not a conversion but a swap of tenor and bari reg positions.

And quite possibly I scanned one of the slides upside down when I did a test run on the medium format slides a few years ago after getting the flim scanner :oops:

Chanter looks like one of those Eighteen Moloney/Egan chanters with the mounts swapped out.
It's a Kenna, the only piece bearing a maker's mark (the body of the set is not Kenna but a convincing case has been made for it being a remounted Ryan).
