Polypenco regular practice chanter with o-ring seals instead of hemp, and countersunk tone holes.

Three reeds are included. Black reed fits in reed seat. Two Walsh reeds need to be fitted to reed seat.

Used less than one hour. Selling since I no longer have mouth blown small pipes (replaced with bellow driven small pipes), and use a Blair digital chanter instead.
