Hello,
I made a bamboo irish flute which played nicely for the first couple of weeks but now is hard to get a decent sound out of it.
Is it condensation? I had limited tools so the bamboo joints are not as open as i'd like so moisture might be getting a little trapped in the head area. Is there anything I can do? I do plan to get a 'real' flute in time.
I've been playing whistle for 4 years.
