Re: Peter O'Loughlin - RIP
Lovely Thomas, I had forgotten about that one.The documentary: "Peadar O'Loughlin Kilmaley Clare"
Perhaps the CD Peter O'Loughlin : A musical life deserves a mention. It's a labour of love, compiled by Ronan Browne in 2016 bringing together a selection of recordings spanning nearly six decades. That, if anyone needs reminding, show what a tremendous fluteplayer Peter O'Loughlin was (and fiddler and piper ofcourse). On the CD he appears playing with Mrs Crotty, Willie Clancy. Paddy Murphy, Paddy Canny, The Tulla, Séan McKiernan, the Cotters & Maeve Donnelly and others.
