Repairing Northumbrian Smallpipes

Post by Wallet Pobre »

Can you point me toward somebody who can repair my extremely leaky Northumbrian pipes? I have already talked with Mike Sharp, and he is far too busy.

What is leaking (Chanter keys, bags, bellows, drones)?
Who made your pipes and how old are they?
And finally whereabouts are you?

(If you're in North America, Mike would certainly have been the first point of call)

You might also get more coverage here:

Quite quiet but it is monitored by various makers.

If it is leaks you need stopped, I can do that. I don't make chanter reeds. Will not be home until the 20th though.
