FS Chieftain low D whistles & assorted others... SOLD

Like so many of us, it appears I've accumulated more whistles than I have time to play. That said, I am thinning out my collection by offering the following instruments for sale:

1. A tuneable Chieftain V3 low D: Virtually new, it plays like a dream with a responsiveness equal to if not superior to my Goldie. Some have commented here about the V3's overt breathiness -- a characteristic of the instrument that may be more apparent to the player than it is to anyone within earshot.

2. A non-tuneable Chieftain OS (Old Style) low D: Boasts a booming low end and a sweet higher register though it requires a bit of push with medium back pressure. This one doesn't even appear to clog.

3. A Dixon polymer low D (older straight bore model) with duo whistle/flute head-joints: This one is in excellent shape. It is easy to blow, well suited to beginners with it's characteristic easy grip. It's voice is complex and haunting in the right hands. Moreover, the flute head-joint amounts to a fun, low-cost introduction to a second instrument.

4. A Jerry Freeman Bluebird high D: Typical of Jerry's magic, his Bluebird is one of the purest sounding whistles I have ever played! Requiring very little breath, suitable for beginner or advanced players alike, this one is virtually brand spanking new and in need of a new home.
