Doctor who theme

Post by Thomaston »

DisclaImer: I've a gOod bit Of ale tOnight, and an ambien starting to do its job.
On a night like this, where copious beer has flowd, I tend to get out instruments to try to figure out thteme songs.
My discoveris that DW fits well on a GDAD-tuned bouzouki. Starts in Emin On a b, later goes Into Gmaj.
Try it!

This, ladies and gentlemen, is why you shouldn't combine internet and alcohol.

I do, however, find myself impressed that you still managed to post it in the right forum!

Jägermeister's my usual deoch an doras, btw. Evil stuff. I knock it back, grimace, shudder, spaz out, compose myself, and then say, "Ish, that's good." Then the bartender calls me a cab. He thinks it's funny.

You have to stop replying, "Hey, I'm not a cab!"

Little known fact. I get royalties for all of those jokes. Which means that by now, I'm filthy rich. Thank you for helping the economy. Mine, that is.

Nah, who am I kidding, I'll have to go through life hearing all of those jokes without compensation. Problem is that it is getting old a whole lot faster than I am!

I was given some Fireball whiskey recently for doing someone a favor. The stuff is nasty and cinnamon-flavored. But, mixed with Coca-Cola, it tasted similar to Jager.

Tell me about it. If I heard once, I heard a million times, it's "moot point".

Of all the difficult posts to respond to, this one is right up there.

I worked late so a coworker could leave work early and take care of some family issues. She came in the next day with some Fireball singles for me. This coworker is a bit of a redneck... I could probably write a book called "Sh*t My Co-Worker Says" and make a fortune. To her, crappy whiskey makes for a nice gift.
