I've got a keyless blackwood Olwell in D, full slide. I've had it ~10 years.
Pratten model.
No cracks or issues. Rarely used body (I only used the head piece on a variety of antique flutes).
Slide operates smoothly and cleanly. Well maintained. Phenomenal player with power.

No need for the flute now that I have my keyed models.

Best reasonable offer to: rudallrose at msn dot com

Comes with rollup Cavallaro case and boxwood cleaning rod.

Postage separate.

Moved from the UP Forum. We'll call this an "oops".

Please remember, folks, to refer to the Policy Concordat (placed for your convenience at the top of every forum page where it would apply, as well as in Announcements), point 6 (here exerpted):

"You may post your item once in the UIE and cross-link it once from one other forum, as appropriate to that instrument. So, for instance, if you’re after a flute, then you may post that fact in the UIE and link from the flute forum; if you’re selling a fiddle, then post in the UIE and link from the Traditional Strings forum etc. Please do not post such items to more than two forums."

Limiting instrument offers or hunts to the forum appropriate to the instrument's species still applies whether there is a post in the UIE or not. If you want to reach a broader audience, then the UIE is the way to go.

Thanks.

Why pics? Don't you know what a blackwood keyless flute looks like?

I emaild him about this flute and I understood he had a standing offer. (No, I won't say for how much. That's not up to me)
He said he'd hold it till last friday. :-?

If it's still for sale, I can still be a greedy guy and really want to have it

Just wondering if it's worth a divorce if I do so....

Edit: He emailed me a clip of him playing this flute. It really sounded very wonderful.
I'm sure, someone will be very happy with it.

I'm sure the flute is superb. But Dave's playing is sure to be wonderful, regardless of the flute...
