Yep ... The img tags need to surround the url of an actual photo - jpg or whatever - not the page containing the photo. And we don't support html in posts for security reasons.

On that photobucket page, when you hover your mouse
pointer over an image, you should see a little popup that
is titled "Share|Copy". The last line of this is "IMG code".
When you click on it, it copies the code used on bulletin
boards to your clipboard, so you can paste it here.
The resultant pasted code looks like this:
[img]http://i1206.photobucket.com/albums/bb4 ... ame70s.jpg[/img]
