Wren's Nest Cottage Concerts in Homewood, AL is pleased to be hosting brilliant Scottish singer Jim Malcolm (formerly of Old Blind Dogs) in a house concert, Sunday, Nov. 15, 2009 at 2:30 in the afternoon. Come and join us for some delicious Southern snacks, then sit back and enjoy Jim's music and stories in the warm and intimate setting of Wren's Nest Cottage. If you're familiar with Jim's work, we are the very place which inspired his hilarious song "Down In Alabama" because of all the stuff we've fed him while he's been visiting us. Joining Jim will be special guest Robert Burns, come back from the dead to celebrate his 250th birthday.
No, I'm serious! He's really going to be there!
