Celtic Music Session Across Alabama

Here are a few regular sessions around Alabama (always call before going the first time to confirm time and location):

Auburn Area
Irish musicians and dancers meet for session in the Auburn area on the second Tuesday of each month. Welcoming to friends, fans of the culture and Irish dancers, this session apparently attracts folks from hours away - that's got to be good! This groups has met in the past at the Auburn Alehouse and the Blue Bagel. The current location is pending. For details and directions contact: miller.scott2@charter.net

Huntsville Area
Member of the Huntsville and Decatur Celtic music community hosting regular public Celtic session and tuneplay on the first Tuesday of every month at the Corner Grill and Pub in Huntsville. For details and directions, contact: gfband@hiwaay.net .

Birmingham Area
Regular Irish music session is offered on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 7:00pm - 10:00pm at CoolBeans in Homewood right next to New York Pizza and Broadway BBQ. Mobile Area

I played whistle with the folks at the Corner Grill in Huntsville. Found it very welcoming and had a great time there.
