close to...

...Bournemouth, Dorset...well its the neighbouring county anyway...

although i am closer to Hampshire than Devon and Plymouth is closer to Cornwall than Dorset

...both in the south west though...

It might be worth changing the title of this thread to Plymouth, UK, as it's not the only Plymouth in the world, though it is the original.
