There is a session at 7 PM each Weds night
at Music Folk, on Big Bend Blvd in Webster Grove.

Also there is a hammered dulcimer session,
other instruments welcome, at the same place
on the third Sunday of each month. Time
1-3.

Focal Point, which is next to Cafe Brazil
(and is actually part of it) has an acoustic
jam each Thurs night, starting at 7:30 and
ending whenever. ITM is included,
and whistles and flutes are welcome.

I tend to frequent the second and third
most.

Theres also a session in the Log Cabin Inn beside the City Museum every Monday night. This usually kicks off around 10.00 and goes til 12.30ish.
Also some saturday afternoons theres a tune in John D McGurks at 1200 Russell.
It doesnt happen all the time because there are sometimes private parties booked for the room where the tunes happen and it also depends on who the resident musicians are that month. Some lads are up for tunes and some aren't, which, if you play 4 hours a night for 5 nights in a row, is very understandable.
But, if anyone is every passing through St. Louis and fancies a tune, feel free to PM me.
By the way, Hi Jim.
I met you once at the Irish music section in Borders.
Tommy.

Just curious if the Wednesday session is still going at Music Folk. I'm going to be in town Tuesday & Wednesday night and wouldn't mind dropping in to say hi and play a few tunes.
