Not sure if this is the right venue, but here goes... I usually go to the Augusta Irish/Celtic Week gathering in the summer, but was thinking about the Swannanoa gathering this year. Does anyone have any opinions? My main concern is that it will be another 5 hours in the car (each way) for Swannanoa.

Re: Augusta or Swannanoa???
I went to Swannanoa a few years ago and I had a great time. I would go back again some day.
I stayed in a nearby campground, but most people stay in the dorms. I think the dorms would be great. The food is excellent.
I'm really good at pointing out flaws in things, but I really can't think of anything negative to say.

Swannanoa is definitely worth it.
