I signed up with Blayne at www.blaynechastian.com to check out his Bodhran lessons
that was after a free week with http://www.oaim.ie in their whistle and bodhran lessons.
So between the 2 sites....
What did I learn? hmmm that's the cool bit

Reel rhythm
Jig rhythm
Skin tone manipulation
Accidental triplets (neither sharp nor flat just accidental)

So as a reminder and celebration of my humble bodhran beginnings I've made this recording encompassing what I've learned so far in my 2.5 weeks
of practice. It'll be good for a laugh for you guys if nothing else, O and please, just one thing no pen-knife tipper jokes
as I've already checked and I can't find them anywhere on-line.
