Low-tech: run a patch cord from the headphone jack on your computer either to a recording device or into your computer's line-in jack if you have recording software on your computer.

High-tech: If you have a Mac, get AudioHijack Pro. It's awesome (despite a kinda confusing interface) -- you can record and edit streaming audio from just about any source imaginable. There's probably something similar for Windows, but I don't know what.
