Sorry to see no-one responding. I know "rogha" means someone's choice or fancy, but I'm not too good at translating names - Mary O'Cahill's Fancy? The second one looks like My Town or a reference to the people therein. Where are you seeing these titles? Do you know if you are leaving out the diacritical marks over some letters?

Broadly in agreement, though O Cathail is presumably the name that is most commonly anglicised as "Cahill". Cathair Na Mí is also known as Cahiramee and as Hunt the Hare.
