SWUP workshop on Welsh repertoire - June 24th

The South Wales Uilleann Pipers are pleased to host a workshop on uilleann pipe-friendly Welsh tunes. Joining us for the event will be Ceri Rhys Matthews, one of Wales's most respected traditional musicians and a key figure in the revival of Welsh piping. Ceri will be teaching Welsh tunes that will fit well on the uilleann pipes.
Although hosted by the pipers club, this workshop is open to all trad musicians interested in learning (or improving) Welsh repertoire.
The workshop will be held at the Pontypridd Museum on Saturday, June 24th from 1-4pm. The cost of the workshop is £10.
