Paddy Keenan Tune

I recently heard Paddy Keenan, and he played a beautiful tune on low whistle and uilleann pipes called "Johnny's Tune, Ayre For The Avalon". Would anyone have a transcription of this tune. I could probably figure it out, but if someone has already done the work...
