Yup. I asked the seller. One chanter is made by Jean Yves Peran, and the second was made in Pakistan. It seems like Perran at least as a good reputation.

Says in description it diesn't have Howard stamp. I think Brian stamped all his chanters?

Nope-and it looks like a Howard chanter to me with one of his reeds too.

Nope-and it looks like a Howard chanter to me with one of his reeds too.
DEFO not one of Brian's reeds, unless it's been messed with! But you right, it does LOOK like Howard chanter. I've messaged Brian to ask hin.
