Davy, that set appears to be by John Pederson, of San Anselmo, California, not Oregon. He operates a music store there called Amazing Grace Music. The carving on the bellows cheek is the giveaway. More such carving can be seen at his website: http://amazinggracemusicmarin.com/irishpipes.html.

Daye half set - US only. seller says bag is leaking and the set needs setting up.

Practice set in D with 5 keyed Childress chanter - US only. Seller thinks set is made up of parts from different makers. He has a guess at the stocks being by Daye and knows nothing about the bellows. (I think they are by CJ Dixon).

Yeah that's weird. It's the same set that sold last week for around $2K.

I don't see a bag either.
