Yes, maybe a little inaccurate. However, DQ's C chanter design has been the inspiration for a few other current makers.

That is an Uilleann Pipe bag, bellows and chanter top, with a Scottish Bagpipe Practice Chanter hemped into the chanter top. Clever. Not very useful however.

The tag on the bellows says "T. Crowley, 10 Merchants Quay, Cork," (and other things.) FWIW, you know, "T Crowley, Cork, " etc. Just sayin'. Not exactly "not very useful," and certainly not worthless.
