Is 7mm the outside or inside diameter?
Is that not a huge throat/ reed seat?

Michael Vignoles half set, located in Canada. Technically it's a practice set, along with drones tied into a second bag with what looks to be electrical tape.
Comes with a hard case. Looks like shipping to either Canada or USA.

7mm would be an enormous throat yeah. I think it's more likely 7mm is the size of the top of the reed seat ie the seller has just measured the hole at the 2 ends.
