Tell us something.: I’m changing my location to my actual address. My previous location was a reference to Joyce’s Finnegans Wake.

Brian's work is superb and his chanters are easy to tune, easy to reed (with his reeds) and very reliable under all sorts of conditions (I live on the east coast of the USA and the weather fluctuates here between little humidity in the cold winter and extremely high humidity in the warm and hot months). He is very responsive to questions or requests and an all-round nice guy to deal with. He will talk to you on the phone or Skype to discuss any issue you'd like to talk about.

My username has nothing to do with the Film.
It comes from my favourite commercial lawnmowers which I did have 6 of until my business went bump

Never mind, thanks to TUPE, I now earn £35,000 a year for a 35 hour week, have 40 days holiday a year, 8 days bank holiday and no hassle of keeping the tax man happy.
Glad I'm simple.

Did you buy it?

If I had a guess I would say that it is parts of a pastoral set, one with a removable foot joint.

I forgot all about it. I would have bid just for the curiosity.I thought it would go for more. Unfinished regulator, bits and pieces of drones? and something with a bore you could drive drive a taxi through. Look at the reed seat. Still for twenty quid I should have had a stab at it. Could have given it to the Piping Center if it turned out to be pipes.

Tell us something.: Not a new musician, but fairly new to the Uilleann Pipes. I am primarily a bass player, studied jazz bass in university, but also play, piano, saxophone, clarinet and drums. Looking forward to a long and happy experience with the pipes!

BC Childress 1/2 set in D

http://www.ebay.com/itm/B-L-Childress-1 ... 51a152b17a

It says B L Childress in the title, but I believe it *must* be B C Childress
