Williams flat chanter

I have a williams chanter in c . Dave has a very long waiting list. can anyone suggest a pipe maker who could make a set of c drones to compliment the williams chanter?

I have a Dave Wiliams Bb chanter. Are there many Williams flat chanters/sets out there? I've only come across Wiliams D sets.

I am contemplating selling the Williams chanter in C I need to buy a decent fiddle.
